Refunds and Exchanges

This is easy!  If you are not happy and want a refund; just ask!
We have a “no quibble” policy for 14 days after your purchase and before the contest closes.  To obtain a refund, simply email: refund@photo-fundraising.comPlease tell us:
•    The contest you entered
•    The photo or vote you paid for
•    Your email address
•    We’ll do all the rest!  We will send your refund in 1 to 3 business days


Cancellations

We hope you never have to cancel, if you do it’s easy.  Send an email to cancellations@photo-fundraising.com and we’ll make sure your contest is cancelled the same day. All remaining payments will be closed out within 48 hours.

The security of your personal information is our priority. We protect this information by maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that meet applicable law. We train our employees in the proper handling of personal information. Your payment (credit card) information is never on our servers – during the payment screen, authorize.net, one of the top five leading credit card processors in the United States accepts your payment information and protects it with their world class infrastructure.  Once you payment is approved, you are returned to the contest site to view, vote or enter.

We provide 100% privacy to you.  Your email address and contact information never leave our company. We do not sell, rent or loan our customer lists.
