The branded website will incorporate:

  • Client provided, mutually agreed upon logo (Completed)

  • Contest Pages with pay per entry and pay per vote capabilities
  • Enter by cell phone capability provided at no additional charge
  • Direct support of your end customers / participants at no additional charge

Proceeds Transfer: Payments will be transferred to client on the lesser of either the first and the fifteenth of the month or every $500.00, or as designated by Client beginning on ___________.
A summary report for audit purposes will accompany each payment, emailed to the above contacts with confirmation of payment of proceeds.   Client acknowledges that any refunds requested (aka “charge-backs”)  by participants during or after the close of contest and in accordance with credit card company policies will be promptly refunded by Photo-fundraising.com and client will reimburse Photo-fundraising.com for any such refund costs.
